The team at Edgell undertook some work for me that, for various reasons, some beyond their control - did not quite hit the spot first time around. However they stood by their work and made good with an excellent result achieved in round 2. The real test of a company is not their performance when everything goes well, it's how they respond when things don't.
Was told my bills 5k went there with 5k cash to get told its 7k with gst. Also we weren't told the bill would be anywhere near that nor did I approve half the work.. Also I want my invoice!! You missed half the small things I asked for.
Went to Edgell to do some benchmarks with some other car owners. Tim and the team are fantastic, really know their stuff!
Excellent workshop, very good to deal with.
