This complex belongs to the same owner as Summertree apartments. The owner takes part in maintenance. IF YOU ARE AN IMMIGRANT, he'll raise his voice at you for the smallest thing. The manager for Summertree had an appointment with us. We came, turned out she left for the bank. How professional it is not. No message for us or anything. And then we got served with a lawsuit bc we came to pay for the carpeting, and she was not there. This was the worst place to stay at, they dont fix anything nor do they care about the people that live there. I was late one month and i got a court date on my door then the next day got an eviction notice for the following month. Mind you i paid that month plus late fees and was going to pay the following month same day but got an eviction notice so i didn't. Went to court on the 10th and lost hours at work then got another court date just to tell me i have to pay late fees also when moving out i got harassed
Stay away
Do not move here. The rent is cheap, yes, but not having peace of mind is not worth having cheap rent. The maintenance guys, Jason and Don, are not trust worthy and the owner does not care to make any changes. One of the maintenance men left my door open and my 6 month old kitten got out for 3.5 days in the middle of winter. I had a $300 vet bill that I asked for help paying since this was not my fault and I was told "No" and then also "If you don't like it then you can move out".
