Very great experience if looking for affordable housing, with great reliable management
Great apartment building in a central location beside the river valley with beautiful views. Well managed by Har-Par and Mr. Kumar, with two elevators, a gym, and secure underground parking. The concrete construction offers excellent sound insulation compared to many typical wood-frame apartment buildings in Canada.
I lived in one of the renovated studio units, and I genuinely loved it. The studio has a south-facing balcony with plenty of privacy, as it doesn't have other neighboring balconies. The renovated layout also includes a kitchen island, which was fantastic since I enjoy cooking. One feature I really appreciated was the pressurized hallway. Cooking smells rarely escaped into the hallway, and I almost never noticed odors from neighboring units either. Last but not least, the on-site management is excellent.
