I lived in Edgehill for 2 years before moving out of province and was incredibly thankful when Har-Par took over management of the building. There was an issue in my suite that the previous managers (Realstar) didn’t take seriously and Har-Par immediately followed up when they took over until everything was ok. Also, DK is a fantastic resident manager who works very hard at keeping everything running smoothly and he’s very responsive and helpful. We’ve been living here for over a year under the new management of Har-Par Investments, and our experience has been very positive. The building is well-maintained and peaceful. One of its biggest strengths is the property manager, Dharmendra Kumar, who is consistently responsive and attentive to tenants’ needs. We’re very happy to call this place home.

Older building that’s been renovated, pipes had burst a couple times in the winter destroying a few apartments. Management changed but both were great. Area was a little crazy around hockey season. Usual homeless people lingering or making messes but we’re dealt with appropriately. No bugs. No smoking. Some neighbours were really rude. Has a small gym and an a common area. I am new to Alberta, I wasn’t sure about the place. This has been a heaven for me. The management is superb, very kind and friendly. If you’re trying to live in a secure area, I would highly recommend.
