(My complete honesty) Yesterday, November 29, 2023, I had an appointment here. When I 1st got there I was not pleased with how the lobby looked. So already I had originally gave it 2 stars because now I'm thinking what does the tools look like that has to go in my mouth!? But I really NEEDED this tooth taken of and there were no other clinics that were really taking emergency visits. So I stayed. Dentist was very rude. It was my child’s first time & he handled things unprofessionally. Grabbing her telling her she doesn’t need to cry, she doesn’t need to hold my sons hand. My child was scared & now she’ll be scared for a while. Will not be coming back. Would not recommend.

My children have been going here ever since they were toddlers. The staff are super nice and dentist is very patient with children. Never have to wait long before being called back to a room.

The dental hygienist from your office came to visit our classroom for Dental Health Month. They did a great job sharing information with the kids about how to take care of their teeth. Their positive attitudes passed on to the students. They are excited to go home and brush their teeth! Thanks to Edgecombe County for the tooth brushes and toothpaste too. They loved it!
