Working with Ms.Sitara made my week. She was thorough and punctual. I was heard and always felt like she understood the root of my problems and was able to talk things out and point me back to the various resources she provided. I do feel as though I have gained a healthier relationship with myself and I’m extremely grateful for our sessions
