Ms. Sitara was amazing. At first, I was hesitant to talk to anyone, but she made the therapy session feel very comfortable and easy. She was kind, understanding, and not judgmental at all. I also appreciated how honest she was during our conversation. I can truly say that she helped me a lot during our session. Her communication was clear and supportive, and I felt heard and respected.
