I found this facility through my insurance company's list of in-network providers. I found it easy to set an appointment online with Dr. Hansen, and was looking forward to my exam, and new contacts and glasses. The next day, however, I received a text from them, alleging that they do not accept my insurance, and they instead tried to pawn me off on Crusader Clinic. I have been a patient of Dr. Hillmann's for several years. A few weeks ago I purchased a new pair of eye glasses, and had to take them back within 24 hours of picking them up because the frames were defective. I struggled for 3 weeks with these glasses (during which time Edgebrook sent them to their lab twice). Finally I was told I needed to select new frames, which I did.
