My husband was totally taken advantage of here. They did not realize his medical history and will not refund his money. They quickly took $4500 and have not returned any called from "patient relations." They will not transfer us to billing and say it's a "mirror' phone number and can't be dialed directly. We've also been told it would take 3-5 days for the patient relations department but it's been over 10 days with no calls. THIS PLACE IS SHADY! My husband went there for a consult. About a week after the consult, he received a prescription from a pharmacy out of Texas. They SOLD his information. That is a violation of HIPAA law. What's even weirder, they just called me saying they got a message I wanted to speak w someone. Not true, and not sure how they got my info. Only thing I can think of is that I was listed as his emergency contact. This place is soooo sleazy.

Initially my visits were great. After the 6th visit I was given wrong information regarding the break period. Today was my 7th apmnt which took nearly 2.5 hrs. My results from the therapy aren't improving.
