Maintenance is great and quick with addressing service requests! I put in a request last night to change our filter, they were here this morning and it took about 2 minutes for them to change it. Great service!

I have been a tenant for a little over a year now, and I have been nothing but impressed. I decided a few months ago to switch apartments, just so I could get one that had a balcony. They made the process of switching over apartments so easy, and I was relieved that I just had to pay an extra $100 to cover the new cost of the security deposit. I AM STILL A TENANT AT THIS TIME. THEY TOOK THE POOL AWAY AND MADE IT INTO A DOG PARK. I HONESTLY THINK THIS IS SAD AND DISAPPOINTING.
