Hello my name Eugene Jenkins. My last repair for my apartment at building 78 apt#12 was done by Jeremiah. He unclogged my kitchen sink pipes. He was deligent, patient, excellent work! He really scored a 10 in his effort and performance! Haven't had an issue since with my sink!
I put a order in to repair my garbage disposal after office hr, and they was here in morning to fix the problem.
I've been living here for two years now and maintenence is great. Shot out to Jeremiah and Dan for the great job that they do!
Maintenance is great and quick with addressing service requests! I put in a request last night to change our filter, they were here this morning and it took about 2 minutes for them to change it. Great service!
