Can't get anything fixed properly around here. Don't expect to have a.c or a working dishwasher when you move in. Garbage and dog feces throughout the complex. Unprofessionalism will be met with more Unprofessionalism. They met my witts end when I was continously cut off over the phone when trying to resolve a problem.

I would like to give recognition to Zach he is one of the maintenance guys on the grounds at Edgebrook Estates in Buffalo, NY 14227. He was very kind and sincere about the situation in my apartment with my thermostat and he did everything that he could possibly do and went above and beyond He truly was a blessing and I appreciate everything that he did for me to make sure that the situation got fixed thank you yours truly building 66 Apt 9
Today April 21, 2026 Manny came over to our aparment to shorten the vertial blinds in the living room. Manny asked me the lenght I wanted and then proceeded to cut them. He did a fantastic job, there wasn't any mess and took the trash out with him. Thank you Manny so very much! It's just another reson why we are happy to call Edgebrook Estates our home.
