Units are very nice. Amenities are limited. The management of this apartment is nearly non-existent. I was a tenant from Jan 2018 until May 2024 and I have never experienced the level of disorganization as I have with the current management company, RHM Real Estate. I am still waiting on my security deposit to be returned to me. I am now owed double the amount with interest. Calls to the management company have gone unreturned, including after I spoke to the regional manager.
I've never left a review for anything before, but it's worth it to help people stay away from this place. There is no leasing agent... No one is ever here and the office door is locked 24/7. No one answers the phone or calls back. The parking gate doesn't work / won't open making us late to everything or having to call Ubers to get somewhere b/c you literally can't get your car out. Only 1 treadmill works going on 5 months after multiple requests to fix it and the only other treadmill occasionally breaks leaving no working t... read more
TERRIBLE, would give 0 stars if I could. I lived in these apartments for 3 years from June '21 to '24. The pros (much shorter list) 1. Modern looking apartments with patio space 2. Kind, responsive maintenance guy Cons: 1. Management is TERRIBLE. Multiple attempts at contacting them have gone unanswered. Whether it is by emails, calls or actually physically going to their (non-existent, always locked) office space. Apologies for the length of my review. If you’re only looking for a cool and modern apartment, this is the place. BUT, note that communication and presence of management or apartment staff is basically nonexistent. I lived here for 2.5 years and I will say the apartment itself is very nice. But during my time there, I would estimate at least eight different management companies oversaw the building operations. I lived here for a little almost 2 years. TL:DR - MANAGEMENT SUCKS, DONT MOVE HERE, STAY AWAY Pros: The actual individual apartment unit itself is quite nice and neighbor noise is minimal.
