I've been doing some reading on the hydrafacial system. I'm very disappointed that such a large business would display such ignorance. Apparently, epileptics are not supposed to use it because the "LED lights could trigger an episode". I am epileptic, and the majority of epileptics are NOT photosensitive, so, not only are you missing out on a chunk of business, but you actually have epileptics believing these beauty treatments are not safe because they are ignorant to your own ignorance...Perhaps you should educate yourselve... read more

I just called the customer service lady couldn’t hear me well and was very rude at the same time and didn’t even say bye- she just hung up on me. SMH! Will be looking to invest somewhere else…
I bought my machine 4 years ago and it is the best decision that I have ever made. Clients absolutely love the service and could not be happier with the results. Many reviews have stated that there is poor customer service but I disagree. I have never had a problem with this company. I am so thrilled to be a HYDRAFACIAL provider!
