Carlos was our original barber, and while my son’s haircut itself was fine. Carlos was actively vaping while my daughter was getting her haircut. Poor service. Walked in at open because it was open to simply ask if they take walk ins. Looked at me like I was invading the salon, saying, "We just opened, we are not taking walk-ins". Don't open the doors if you are not ready to take clients. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Dawn for about five years now, which is roughly 60 visits, and I can honestly say I’ve never had anything less than an exceptional experience. Dawn is one of those stylists who makes you realize why people become loyal clients. She’s incredibly talented, consistent, attentive, and somehow manages to make every appointment feel like you’re catching up with a friend while also knowing you’re going to leave looking fantastic.
