They cancelled on me three times and they didn’t care that I was unhappy.
I just went there yesterday after a long hiatus because of a bad experience at a different barber shop. The massage chair was amazing with cold water bottles to keep me hydrated. Tiffany cut my hair and had me looking like a different person when I came out. She was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and let me know i was in good hands because she could tell i was nervous. I highly recommend them. Very courteous and professional. Every time I have been. They have messed up my hair. Most recently tried again. It was so bad the girl had no idea what to do. Made it worse. I can’t stop crying. For as expensive as it is I should be smiling and so happy with how I feel about how I look. Not crying. Devastated because my hair looks so bad and it takes years to grow back. Go anywhere else. Save your money and time. I’m so sad. Can’t stop crying.
