I purchased this home from Christa Jackson December last year. From the very first timed I tried to use the hvac system there was an issue. I tried to contact Christa and she never bothered to answer my calls or return them. Try not having heat when its under 30 degrees outside! Now imagine not having ac when it's almost 90 degrees outside. Now imagine how it feels when you have a parent living with you thats literally dying.
