Danny helped us to sell our home while we had tenants staying there. We had some communication issues with our property management company, and Danny helped to smooth things over with the tenants. We appreciated his help with the situation as we had moved across the country and couldn't easily handle things ourselves. He also helped us keep tabs on the local housing market so we knew when to list the house for sale. All in all, he was great to work with and we would recommend his services!
We needed to sell our home and although I had other acquaintances that were realtors, something told me to have Danny help me even though I didn’t know him at all. I am so glad I made that choice. He and his team were awesome. They gave great and timely advice, were easy to get a hold of and communicate with, and guided us through the process from start to finish. I am happy with the results I received as well as the way in which we achieved it. I recommend without reservation.
Danny Hebdon handled the sale of our duplex, which closed in February 2025. He was very professional, and he kept me informed about the progress of the sale every step of the way. All through the process, I felt confident that Danny was taking care of the sale. I definitely recommend Danny. If fact, I chose him to sell the property, because he helped us with the purchase of the property many years ago. I was very impressed with his level of service then and I still am now.
Danny is the BEST. Super patient and knows everyone. Great pulse on the market. Had several pocket listings and made several calls to people he knew were thinking about selling in the near future. He worked so hard for us! No one better!
Danny is loyal and honest. He called often to give us advice. He handled the details of selling our home professionally and promptly, so we didn't have to worry. Danny is talented in communication skills and negotiating. He helped us sell our older house for a fair price, even with high interest rates. He was with us when we closed at the title company.
