Terrible, no communication with owners. Hiring dumb people to do the job without notice to owners .. so disrespectful and uneducated .
Unenviable experience so far in terms of transition process from another property mgmt company to Edge. Was optimistic given locally owned small business, but first few months of interactions have been tone def in terms of the transition plan and follow through. Second communication ever was a hostile email with threat that demanded immediate action. Called and was met with not only zero responsibility taken by Edge but blamed HOA members & board. Not a great way to gain supporters & encourage word-of-mouth!
They have been great to work with. They respond quickly and have taken care of our problems professionally. I wish I could say the same about the other property management companies we’ve used.
Marsha who works for Edge Property has NO customer service skills. Marsha is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Working in customer service I know how important it is to treat customers.
