Faith Cooke is amazing in helping you achieve your goals and is such a joyful and encouraging trainer! I’m so grateful for her care and knowledge in fitness. I feel stronger than I ever have!
Absolutely have to go train with Jess Trevizo! I have never liked training with a trainer, but she makes me feel so comfortable and has such a bubbly and fun personality. She keeps it light but very knowledgeable and also knows how to push me in order to reach my goals we planned out together. The gym is also great and always clean as well as friendly staff!:) Highly, highly recommend!!
