Location of this condo can't be beat! Very lively, lovely neighborhood. Management of the condo has done a good job but it would be much more improved if the concierge staff could be given some training. They are extremely rude and unfriendly. That's why I dropped a star.
Living in this condo was an incredibly stressful experience. The fire alarms go off constantly, disrupting daily life and the water gets shut off. There have been violent incidents, including shootings, with little to no resolution from authorities. The security guards are often unprofessional and harassing rather than helpful. Common areas like the gym and lobby are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. The environment here took such a toll on my well-being that I had to seek therapy after living here.
