Killer spot but renters beware!!!!! This is an incredible neighborhood and location, and has been a great spot for the last 16 months. But the leasing office and upkeep almost negate all of it. My air conditioning was out at least 10 times in 16 months. I have emai, phone calls, and maintenance logs showing this. Temperatures inside the apartment were frequently over 80 degrees, and I have a pet in the unit. It took threatening legal action and a 311 call for them to come by and fix it... I was very impressed by the oversized doors and the modern feel of it all from the sleek cabinets to the marble countertops.
Pulled into the building parking garage into a future resident spot, to go talk to the apartment complex about getting an apartment. Immediately a security guard honks at me and runs up to my driver side door to tell me it’s “not a parking spot”. I told him I’m a future resident looking for a place, and he tells me I’m arguing with him. I left. I’ll spend money somewhere else.
Vaughn responded to my maintenance request immediately and figured out the problem. He was able to order a new dishwasher and he replaced it the next day. Great guy, friendly, helpful and knows his stuff.
