I'm not the guy that leaves ratings, BUT -- Any rating you see above a 3 is likely an employee or a friend of an employee. This place is a nightmare. Poorly managed, tenants trash the property, air bnb tourists throw parties all week long with paper thin walls. Unless you're a college student that is seeking the Nashville party life, I strongly suggest finding another place to stay. I had a 1-year lease that expired in November of 2018. I've been at the edge for about 5 months now and have loved everyday of it. The staff is excellent and the complex stays clean and tidy. Lydia has gone above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone I know. It's close to a bunch of fun local businesses and restaurants. 5 stars!

I've lived in the building for over two years. I don't know a single person in the office because they seem to change every few months. Only one elevator (if they'd built one more unit, they would have been required to have a second elevator), they AirBnB all the available units so you're constantly hearing loud music and smelling pot. They parking garage (which they charge residents for) is always full because of previously mentioned AirBnB. They building is completely falling apart. Samantha and her team are some of the most petty and small minded people in the apartment industry. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Edge Midtown!

I stayed with a group of friends at 418 and had a miserable experience. The management is a complete joke here. They are rude and would rather stare into their phones all day than offer any help.
