RecommendedIt’s a really nice apartment complex, very secure with residence access only with activated Fobs as well as security working when we’re sleeping to ensure our safety. Great staff and very nice community amenities!
We are new on the edge. Edge is brightly new, organized and clean. The public area is spacial and multifunctional. Nice environment, friendly staff!
Amazing place to reside. I am a single mother with joint custody, my kids come every other weekend and I’ve never had an issue with how myself or my two younger children have been treated by co-residents nor staff, if anything the staff has been so supportive of me and certain situations I’ve had since I’ve been living here. Definitely don’t need to be a college student to check this place out. I personally love it here!

I have lived here since December 2017 and as student the proximity to campus is awesome. Being located downtown is a plus as well. 10/10 would stay here again.
The CM Kellie is absolutely amazing and the staff is super friendly and helpful! If you aren't home and you get a package while you are out, sometimes they will even deliver the package for you to your apartment. When the weather sucks (which we know it can), the shuttle service is a great supplementary.
