This company doesn't follow its contract and fills you with charm but they don't follow through and you can't reach them to get answers. Belongings missing, dirty and damaged. Calgon take me away!
This company is a bunch of crooks. DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE. They stole from my family and held my property for ransom. "Discarded " brand new items and insurance would not pay because the items were gone and could not inspect. I was told I could have those items back but I would need to pay them extra to return them. They charged me for new boxes and reused the old boxes which were covered in soot. I hope someone reads this and steers clear of these crooks. Iv never had such a bad experience in my life.
Lisa and her crew were awesome, prompt, easy to communicate, and work with. They were flexible in accommodating my requests and did an excellent job. I would recommend highly if you are looking for any kind ofof contents cleaning company.
