This place does not seem to be able to schedule appointments correctly. I called on Monday twice to get booked and they put me in for Tuesday and Friday. Having these time slots was important because I had surgery on Wednesday and the only reason I wanted to do HBOT is so I could make it part of my recovery. I also know with HBOT treatments that you have to be consistent to actually feel the benefits. I purchased multiple sessions for my partner to support her healing after surgery. Unfortunately, multiple appointments were canceled without any notice or communication. Despite the importance of this treatment and our coordination to book ahead of time, no effort was made to correct the issue. There are other providers in Tucson who are more reliable - even if they take longer to book, at least they don’t schedule sessions they can’t honor. Highly recommend! I was on my death bed and NP Claire Ghanooni quite literally saved my life. I had the flu that developed into secondary pneumonia, and she got me in the same day. I am an NP myself and have truly never been sicker in my life. I’ve never done integrative medicine and was trying to stay out of the hospital. I entered the office with an oxygen sat of 89%. My wife, daughter and myself have been seeing Maria for a few months. She’s been great to us all. She makes sure all your questions are answered. I love that she’s never in a hurry to get you out of her office as has been our experience elsewhere. I would recommend writing any questions you may have down before your appointment. I know she’ll love answering them for you. I would highly recommend giving these folks a try. The front office girls are also friendly, professional and they make you feel welcome.
