I LOVE this place! As a mom of 3, I wanted to be sure it was family friendly! My 9.5 year old daughter is able to do the youth martial arts while I can lift weights or do a fitness class. There is a kid area so I can bring another kiddo to play while I work out! It’s the best thing you can do for yourself and your family! Kevin and Josh the owners are fantastic. Great gym with a staff ready to help with any goal you have for your fitness. I’ve been a member since they opened two years ago and I hate to miss a day. Classes are great, fun, and hard! It’s awesome! Come and give them a try.
The trainers always have different exercises so it's never boring and consistently challenging.
This place is absolutely phenomenal, everyone is so nice and the classes are fantastic. I’ve felt right at home since day 1!
