Just love living here. It is quite and safe. Love the staff. All the neighbors are very nice. My little dog just loves the dog park and all her new friends. I wouldn't want to live any where else. Love all the trees.

This place still has a lot of work to do, environmentally and staff related. The apartments are decent for price, the only reason we resigned.
Relocated to this location from ND! Love how quiet and safe it feels! The fire pit and the pool is our go to! Staff is super friendly and understanding! Would definitely recommend!
I ave to comment about the great place call Caralea Valley Apartments. I am a newbie 1 month, and have never lived in an apartment, let alone. We have the greatest staff in the front office. Our maintaine men Tony and Terry came out today. They are always smiling and are very good at getting to the repairs in a timely manor . I will tell anyone out there is they need an apartment please check out Caralea Valley.
Best office staff. Great customer service. Convenient to everything without getting caught on 85 or 77 traffic. Very quiet community. Not only family friendly with their rental apartment available for guests but beyond pet friendly too. Realized today how much I actually love living here. Going on year 2.
