How can an IT team be this bad and still getting business? It takes hours to days to get any sort of support so if you have an emergency good luck
Other people rating this company bad, however I have had very good success with Edge. Rachel especially has always been great help when needed. I'm happy with doing business with Edge.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Challenging to get in touch with the team during urgent issues that arise from their incompetence and negligence. Horrible customer service experience. Do not use.
By far one of the most unprofessional and awkward recruiters to ever contact me. Don't bother applying if you value clear communication and professional recruiters.
