My carpets look brand new, they were rolling in different areas and had wear and tear from pets and foot traffic. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could, extremely professional and flexible with my schedule. I expected the cost to be much higher - they also moved all my furniture and moved it back. I HIGHLY recommend!!
