James was very friendly and great to work with on cleaning carpets in my mother in laws house we are getting ready to sell. On initial inspection he was good to set reasonable expectations on the results outcome and when he was done, the end results were better than expected. He sent us before and after pictures throughout the cleaning process which was very helpful, especially for the difficult areas to be able to see the improvements he was able to make. Highly recommend them for low moisture carpet cleaning.
These guys were on time and prepared for each obstacle that arose as we tried to overcome a problem presented by the shoddy installation by another company. These guys identified each issue, showed the problems to me and then resolved them professionally. And they were fun. A solid A+ for their work. Thanks
