The team at Edge were great to work with. They are very communicative with timing and expectations of the work to be performed. The work is top notch and take the time to explain what is going to be done. If you are in need of carpet repairs and or cleaning, Edge is highly recommended.
Our little Shit(zu) chewed through a portion of our bedroom carpet in an high traffic area of our apartment. I tried the repair myself, but orienting the warp and weft is harder than I thought. The repair is absolutely incredible you’d never find it unless you knew where to look. Now we don’t have to pay the apartment $800 to replace the carpet. James did it for 1/4 of the price. Straight up, they are professional, clean and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. Unbelievable service and attention to detail. Ontime and the estimate was accurate. Would highly recommend and will use again.
My brother gave me new carpet that had been installed in his house and then pulled out because the color was not right for them. James Perez and team did a great job taking those carpet pieces and fitting them into my 3 upstairs bedrooms. The carpet has a grain that had to be matched and aligned. I’m happy with the great job they did and how it turned out!
