I moved back to Owensboro after 16 years of being away. I was searching for belonging and I found it through Edge Body Boot Camp! I am forever grateful!
When I moved here, I joined the 6 week challenge and haven’t looked back. Officially 40 lbs down! Gained a community and a safe place that supports me!
Edge Body is designed for all abilities! It’s been a great experience and I have met lots of people who are there to motivate! Chris, along with all the coaches have been supportive and push us just when we need it!
When I first about Edgebody I was lifting weighs next door. I was inconsistent and unmotivated at times. As I was lifting many times you would hear through the walls this activity going on next door. High energy, music, etc. I thought what in the world was that. Then I heard some friends mention on Facebook about Edgebody Boot Camp. Love this place! There truly is no judgment and you can go at your pace! I'm hooked! I can't imagine going anywhere else. The trainers are so nice and helpful. This truly is for anyone at any level! I can't say enough good things about this place. It has truly changed my life and increased my confidence in working out!
