Called the number provided on the website and it was answered by an Asian who could barely speak a word of English and had no idea why I was calling. Very, very rude. Kept asking if I was Emily and I want to book an appointment and sounded like he was at a party. Safe to say they have lost my business.
I have visited Edge Beauty Parlour salon today and absolutely loved the place. Customer service was exceptional! I am in love with my new haircut and the job they did with the colour! They also very reasonably priced! My new favorite beauty salon in Rowville! Thank you

As soon as I walked in I was offered tea/coffee. They were really kind and hospitable, and they did a great job with my balayage! Will definitely be going back.
