This place was our home for more than two years. I consider it one of the best apartment complexes, and here’s why: 1. Location. It’s easy to get to Bellevue and Seattle quickly, with no traffic. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and downtown with all its events are within walking distance. Derby Days is just 10 minutes away, and you don’t have to worry about parking. 2. The complex itself. I lived here for almost four years. Management is responsive and helpful, the building is clean and the grounds are well-kept. Apartments are spacious with large windows, though slightly lacking in storage space. The biggest issue is noise. The building fire alarm goes off by accident somewhat frequently, often late at night (sometimes multiple times a week, other times months go by without issue). Editing because it was never posted. I lived at Edge from 2021-2022 and loved my experience here. Moving from outside of Washington was a really smooth and pleasant experience thanks to the excellent management. Apartment building was built in 2020 so all of the appliances were great. Huge kitchen sinks and nice large mirrors in the bathrooms. Community is overall very quiet too and peaceful.
