Apartment is clean and well maintained. Move in experience with the management has been great, they are extremely friendly, super responsive, and allowed video tours so I could explore the room and amenities from out of state. Lisa and Julie have been very kind throughout the process.

This place was our home for more than two years. I consider it one of the best apartment complexes, and here’s why: 1. Location. It’s easy to get to Bellevue and Seattle quickly, with no traffic. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and downtown with all its events are within walking distance. Derby Days is just 10 minutes away, and you don’t have to worry about parking. 2. The complex itself. I lived here for almost four years. Management is responsive and helpful, the building is clean and the grounds are well-kept. Apartments are spacious with large windows, though slightly lacking in storage space. The biggest issue is noise. The building fire alarm goes off by accident somewhat frequently, often late at night (sometimes multiple times a week, other times months go by without issue).
