I lived here for almost four years. Management is responsive and helpful, the building is clean and the grounds are well-kept. Apartments are spacious with large windows, though slightly lacking in storage space. The biggest issue is noise. The building fire alarm goes off by accident somewhat frequently, often late at night (sometimes multiple times a week, other times months go by without issue). Editing because it was never posted. I lived at Edge from 2021-2022 and loved my experience here. Moving from outside of Washington was a really smooth and pleasant experience thanks to the excellent management. Apartment building was built in 2020 so all of the appliances were great. Huge kitchen sinks and nice large mirrors in the bathrooms. Community is overall very quiet too and peaceful. The best apartment I've ever lived in! My husband and I have lived in multiple states but we have never found an apartment that could ever compare to Edge. The quality of their unit is stellar. The location is great, the units are well priced, it's very clean, plus their staff are amazing. Shout out to Julie, Lisa, Pedro, and Larry! They are such a fantastic team. We only left for a job opportunity on another state but we would have stayed with them if we were still in WA. Highly recommend Edge!
