Excellent apartment! This is a high-quality apartment complex, and it appears to be managed by the same team as the neighboring Core 83. I lived here from 2023 to 2025. I moved out due to a job change, but I would definitely love to live here again if I get the chance. Pros: The property manager, Lisa, and the maintenance team are kind, responsive, and very skilled. Issues are resolved quickly (e.g. garage door malfunction, broken microwave, ant problem, neighbor smoking marijuana on the balcony, blinds not working properly)... read more

Today marks my last day at Edge, and after living here for 3 years, I just want to say how much I’ve appreciated this place. The staff and maintenance team have been consistently kind, responsive, and professional—always making sure things ran smoothly and felt welcoming. The environment is peaceful, the location is super convenient, and most importantly, I always felt safe here. Apartment is clean and well maintained. Move in experience with the management has been great, they are extremely friendly, super responsive, and allowed video tours so I could explore the room and amenities from out of state. Lisa and Julie have been very kind throughout the process.
