I lived in this building for 14 months, and while the apartment looks modern and aesthetically pleasing, the overall quality does not match the price you pay. The materials and finishes cabinets, showerheads, sinks, and general fixtures felt very cheap, and things wore out quickly. Another concern was safety. After living at The Edge Apartments for three years, I unfortunately cannot recommend living here. There seem to be ongoing issues with the building that never fully get resolved. One of the biggest frustrations is the frequent fire alarm testing. At times, the testing goes on throughout the day, from around 9 AM to 5 PM, for as many as three days in a row. I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment and have been trying to contact the leasing office, but no one answers the phone. I called five times in one day and never received a callback. This is very disappointing, especially for someone interested in renting an apartment. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Better communication with prospective residents is needed.

The building looks fairly clean on the surface and parking has never been an issue, but there are bigger problems. The leasing office never picks up the phone, no matter how many times you call in a day, (I’ve called multiple times for a couple days straight and left a voice message because of the ant problem) and communication has been consistently poor.
