My girlfriend and I toured the community with Brett and absolutely loved these apartments and the overall touring experience. Brett was very helpful and personable. Unfortunately, the pricing is a little bit out of our budget at this time but will definitely be looking to move here once the pricing drops.
I really enjoy Edge Apartments. This apartment has all of the amenities I need and I happily utilize a majority of them. I don’t have any animals but this apartment is very pet friendly.
Living at Edge was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Every weekend was a loud party that would happen at the clubhouse. Music was so loud that you could hear it clearly in your apartments. Constant dog poop not cleaned up around the apartment and extremely hard to reach property managers. Dog wash never worked well and water was always cold. Jon was the only helpful one. This place will nickel and dime you for as much as they can.
