If your going to pay this high amount of rent the amenities should be working. Rooftop jacuzzi and the whole Rooftop has been closed for a year. Also you should be treated decently and the amenities you pay for should work. I have been living here for over 5 years and like stated before in other reviews it's time for a real review and not one from a prospective tenant (who doesn't live here) to get incentivised on an application fee getting waived. I have lived at EDGE for almost two years. The amenities and property are absolutely beautiful, and the staff is very professional. I recently submitted a work order to have the kitchen sink unclogged, and it was done in a timely manner, and the technician cleaned the sink thoroughly before leaving. Would recommend EDGE to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!
Amazon delivered my package in one of the parcel locker, but didn't give me any parcel number. I showed a picture to the gentleman that was working and told me that the parcel locker wasn't Edge and it was Rise. (Sometimes delivery can mistake from each other). He didn't hesitate to send me away. So I went to Rise and they told me me that it was definitely Edge because there parcel locker color was beige.
