The building looks fairly clean on the surface and parking has never been an issue, but there are bigger problems. The leasing office never picks up the phone, no matter how many times you call in a day, (I’ve called multiple times for a couple days straight and left a voice message because of the ant problem) and communication has been consistently poor. Went down to this apartment complex today to have a tour. I’ve seen a few others in the area but honestly nothing compared to Edge. I met with their sales person named Hunter who was so beyond helpful with all husbands and I questions. He showed us around and when I say they have the best amenities, I mean THE BEST! Their communal areas are so professional and taken care of, the craft and hobby area has so much room for projects, and don’t even get me started on the pool area.
