Quite a gem of a management company in a market where unresponsiveness is the norm. Whether it was the live-in maintenance team member or the building manager, someone was always just a phone call or app request away. Work orders that I placed were scheduled almost immediately and fixed quickly, with clear communication the entire time. There's a hard-working and efficient team behind this company.
What can we possibly say about Edge & Up- Tracy? She is VERY responsive, helpful and efficient in what they do as a company. She is awesome to work with at all times! She runs a very tight ship with her staff and it certainly goes to show. Tracy and Edge & Up put much effort, care and pride in to the properties of the Chicagoland area.
