Booked an appointment, got there early there was 1 person in the reception area waiting. Within 5 minutes 4 other people came in for appointments. The phone was ringing and Di ringing non stop. No reception at front desk, the doctors and reception lady were laughing and talking loudly down the hallway eating lunch slamming the microwave doors and eating. They messed up my referral by submitting incorrect information to Medicare, and it couldn't be backdated so I'm now 700 bucks out of pocket. I'm not coming back.
Dr. Thinh was professional, polite, and provided great education during our session. Highly recommend!
Booked a Telehealth. They never even called. It’s now 1 hour and 20 minutes after the appointment time. Tried calling. They are closed. Very poor service. Might I add the first time I came here the Dr actually asked why I came to his clinic and that I shouldn’t return. Maybe it’s because I am not his nationality? Should have listened then. Complete waste of time.
Very disappointing because I had booked an appointment with this clinic! I got told by the receptionist on the day of my appointment that the doctor was on vacation! But online it says he is available? They didn’t even offer to find a replacement date for another appointment, as I had already taken off work. I had to ask for a new one and then got told they were fully booked out and couldn’t help. Quite unprofessional and a bad first impression as a new client. Not going to come here next time
