I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but Edgar and his crew truly went above and beyond from start to finish. All so professional and true to their word. So much so that they were mindful of the little things such as marks on our concrete that they took the time to wash off after they were done. Edgar and his crew are the only heating & AC people I really trust in the Valley. After using others before finding Edgar, now I see the difference. Our original system finally died and while getting a new one wasn’t particularly fun (or cheap), any issues since have been addressed promptly & professionally. In fact, Edgar increased the factory warranty when something minor happened after the factory warranty elapsed.
