If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a lot of health issues to begin with and brain health issues. I first started to go Dr. Evangelista due to ocular migraines, insomnia and tremors. First visit was ok he really seemed to listen. Prescribed me some meds that seemed to help. I went through a series of tests, but when I went back he payed no attention to what my concerns were or that my symptoms were getting worse. He kept over talking me and kept telling me to do yoga.
