Room was gorgeous, staff was frustrating to deal with but nothing impossible, was just a simple mistake with the room that took a bit longer than it should have to correct. Attached restaurant was fantastic, and the room was clean and modern. Out of over 250 hotels I've stayed at in the last 18 months, this one takes the new #1 spot for most comfortable mattress. I wish I could find out what it was to replace my home one.
Very rude receptionist
The room was wonderful as was the location. However, the issue with this hotel is a staff member. While the rest of the staff was kind, respectful and helpful, there is one woman who stood out from the rest as disrespectful and unwelcoming. Kinesha at the front desk was extremely rude and had a serious attitude problem. I watched her berate my husband over a technical issue that the hotel had over being able to charge a credit card.
