Mary, the manager was very difficult to work with for the 5yrs I lived there. I had to call police several times because after hours staff would not deal with drunks passed out in the hallway. I had my apartment professionally cleaned before moving out, I showed her the receipt and she still insisted is wasn't done and the apartment wasn't clean enough. They raised the rent every lease renewal $100-150 per month!
First apartment complex that took part of my deposit for a supposed 6 hours of cleaning. They’re overpriced, and I got a nasty gram once for leaving a wooden chair on my balcony, while other people have hammocks and gardens on theirs.
