Very disappointed The staff was very polite all the time I liked that. But at the end I was left with a sour experience. I had a cleaning company clean the apartment for me and I stayed there while they did that to make sure everything was spotless just to receive a letter from them that they had to do 5 hour of cleaning after I left that cost me an additional 175$. Poor management, bad communication Take it from the other reviews on here. The office staff is very inconsistent in what they say and what they do--they're very unwilling to help and will barely lift a finger to assist you with your problems.
You'll be happier nearly anywhere else I'm not sure I could say it much better than the other reviewer. The office staff is very obviously power and money-hungry and the building manager, Mary, doesn't make any effort to appear warm or friendly. Maybe she'll take a hint from the numerous 1 star reviews on platforms like this. Mary, the manager was very difficult to work with for the 5yrs I lived there. I had to call police several times because after hours staff would not deal with drunks passed out in the hallway. I had my apartment professionally cleaned before moving out, I showed her the receipt and she still insisted is wasn't done and the apartment wasn't clean enough. They raised the rent every lease renewal $100-150 per month!
First apartment complex that took part of my deposit for a supposed 6 hours of cleaning. They’re overpriced, and I got a nasty gram once for leaving a wooden chair on my balcony, while other people have hammocks and gardens on theirs.
Move Along Office staff? Prickly, dense, power-hungry. Noise? Atrocious. Need something right away? Hotel it first. This should be your last resort.
