RecommendedThe staff was friendly and attentive, food was superb... I think I have my new favorite spot to eat.
This was our first time dining at the Edenton Bay Oyster Bar. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. I understand that this is a seafood restaurant, however I wish there were more non- seafood items on the menu. Our server was Lynda and we loved her. Make sure to ask for her. We will be back.

We had three great experiences there. Good service and very good food. Went early... 5 pm, though!
I normally don’t write reviews, however I feel the management my need to know so they can improve . My husband and I visited last night for the first time . After being seated it took quite a while to get our drinks . It wasn’t that busy when we came on but filled up quickly. Oysters from different locales each time we visit. Pleasant service from staff. One of my favorite places to go in Edenton!
While the food was delicious, I found the service to be tad slow. Seemed to be under staffed.

Absolutely wonderful. Everything we had was delicious. Had the Mahi special, Fried oyster platter and raw oysters on Friday. Cole slaw and seasonal vegetables were phenomenal. Calamari appetizer was killer. Had to go back Saturday to get the peck of raw oysters and the hoop cheese platter which was equally satisfying. Kudos to Batman and the manager. Nice to see a manager stepping into action to assist the employees. He assisted Batman with oyster shucking as Batman was the only shucker tonight. will definitely be back.
Southern Bank just had an event that they catered and it was all amazing. Chris and Kirstin are easy to work with, the presentation and set up was well done, and the food amazing. So amazing we began to run out much earlier than expected. They scrambled and provided additional food to complete our event. I highly recommend Edenton Bay Oyster Bar.
