I brought my daughter here. I was so happy that they are open 7 days. Sara saw my missed call and called me back and the appointment was arranged very quickly. Dr. Mitali is very friendly and gentle, my daughter felt safe and happy when she pulled her 2 baby teeth. Nurse Habiba's skillful and smooth help made my daughter less nervous. Thank you all
Today I took my highly anxious prone to panic attacks 17yo for a checkup and clean. We saw Dr Chhavi and she was amazing with her. She made her feel comfortable by explaining everything she was doing which put my child at ease to the point that she’s happy to go back. The dental assistant was also great with giving my child encouragement. I myself had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Lisa Miller last week and she was also amazing and informative. Definitely found our new dentist.
Dr Mitali is very gentle and kept checking if I was okay throughout the procedure. The treatment was painless and quick. The nurse was very helpful, and the front desk staff were friendly. Great experience overall—highly recommended.
I highly recommend EDentist Dandenong. I had my first visit today and l can't fault them. Sara at reception was warm friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Sara also presents her self as very professional also. The dentist l saw was Jordan he was also very friendly, kind ,understanding and professional. He offered me a couple of solutions to fix my teeth for the best possible outcome. So if you are looking for a new dentist l highly recommend. EDentist.
We needed emergency appointment for our mum on Christmas day as expected mum always tell us issues as the last minute. We were able to get appointment, seen, reassurance given and plan of management. Dr Chhavi is nice, calm and direct in her advice which we like. Nurse and receptionist are also calm, nice and helpful. Place is clean. Post procedure instruction is provided in clear manner.
