Just shameful that they put up such a massive high rise on such a small piece of land on Hurontario, next to a Fire Station, where there is 24/7 Fire Trucks noise… greed knows no bounds!
We are new residents in the Westport Condo. We are extremely happy with the building location and design of our unit, when compared to everything else we looked at in Port Credit. My buying experience with Edenshaw was very smooth. The PDI experience was great. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked a red carpet into a fully finished lobby, you don’t see that very often. Their team was very friendly as well. Great developer choice for investors!
I would not buy a condo from them. We rent at a brand new condo they've built and it's bad. The garbage chute is out 60% of the time and they blame it on the residents. The apartment door has been problematic from day one and they keep on saying they will fix but it's been 6 months already and nothing. The light above the stove has already stopped working. The balcony door is hard to close properly. The mirror in the bathroom is starting to get loose. Panels by the elevator are already coming out. And on top of it all, they ... read more
