Predatory business practices. Filed a dispute and won! Not the best at being transparent and blames style seat for the price gouging that she has set on the app. Great work, but horrible attitude when you question her about lack of transparency regarding prices.
When I met Ericca she was in middle of servicing a client. She was so gracious to take a few minutes to allow me to book an appointment. Scheduled for 2 days later. Ericca was phenomenal. Her suite is clean and bright. Ericca made me felt welcomed, she was personable and informative. I did a big chop! I showed her my inspiration photo and she executed it flawlessly. I am in love with the results and highly recommendation booking with her.
I was looking for a hairstylist in the area and I came across Erica’s page on the Salontra Columbia website.
