Paid almost 9k for the job and they messed up a new LVP floor. Refused to fix a glue damage that was caused by their negligence
My company was working on a job and there wasn't access to water. Eden's plumbing was scheduled to do the plumbing. Mid way through the day, we discussed my team needing a water line so we could continue wet polishing a floor. Eden and his team stopped working on the other side of the building, went to the road, dug a trench, and installed a water line for us. Literally disrupting their day to help us out.
