Complete con man operation. DO NOT patronize any business on their properties. Scam sham operation. If you visit their property you lose. $75 plus to get a boot removed. Parked in their empty lot got booted. See and avoid.
Merchants walk garbage cans are overflowing and gross. Leasees pay big money for collection. Edens, get your act together... This is NOT the way East Cobb residents expect the properties we support to look. Kids are pointing at it as I sit here. Day 2: trash is now on sidewalks and people walking around it. Animals have obviously gotten into the trash containers. Now calling city of Marietta. This is becoming a health hazard.
Never could get anyone to answer the phone. I even went to their office and left my name and number and no one ever called me back.
