HAPPY TO CALL THIS HOME !!!! well I've been staying in this apartment now for over 5 years. this place is a home the neighbors are friendly and it's peaceful. They staff is absolutely amazing I call them my besties theyre funny knowledgeable and friendly. They don't treat you like you stay in and apart complex they treat like we all live in a gated community together. I’ve been a residence for 2 years and ILOVE IT! Ms. Rosalind Gordon is an EXCELLENT. When I first moved here it was right after Covid and Hurricane Ida, but she was very helpful with my transition to the community. Ms. Rosalind was always accommodating with any issues that may arise within my apartment. It is very convenient to I-10/610 and the area is very quiet. I would recommend these apartments to any family.
I am a current resident and I absolutely love it! Very nice management team! Maintenance works really fast, each time I had a maintenance problem it took them no longer than 45 minutes to have the problem fixed! Well kept apartments, very nice neighborhood. Really quiet area even though they have many busy restaurants. Neighbors are all nice and friendly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS! Very safe area especially if you have kids!
I’ve lived here a little over two years. I have never had one bad experience with the staff. They are always very helpful and nice. Not one time have I ever needed anything thing done in the apartment and it wasn’t taken care of immediately. The pool is always clean which is definitely unusual lol. Miss Gloria ,My Bestie and the fellas are A1 when it comes to the tenant. I love living here they definitely make it feel like home..
