RecommendedWe had Eden Tree pros trim our bushes and tree. First they checked to see the instructions were correct and went to work. So courteous and friendly. Could not believe how fast and hard working they were. Have them spray our tree every year and have no more leaves dropping all summer. Reasonable priced and would recommend them to all.
Outstanding team from Eden Tree Pros came out today - removed a tree, pruned our (out of control!) burning bush and other trees in the yard. Did a very professional job and great clean up afterwards. Highly recommend, we are so pleased with how our yard looks now! Thank you for a job well done, really appreciate you.
I have spoken to multiple people from this company about being billed something I did not ask for. They treated my tree and I paid for that service. They showed up again without permission, saying they were going to treat again. I did not want another treatment and they continue to call and ask for more money. I did not receive, ask, or get an invoice for even my first service. This company does not communicate clearly about what they offer nor about billing. I feel extremely taken advantage of my Eden Tree Pros. Corey who does the bidding, does not listen to what the customer wants and will put whatever he wants on the bid. I called him at least 3 times and corrected him and he did not listen. I was in a bind due to a storm and a fallen tree and he took advantage of that. I hope you feel good about yourself and how you do business. Eventually it will catch up with you and your business will suffer. You cannot treat people this way and get away with it forever.
Last year an Eden employee made a mistake mixing the spray for trees. Our Cleveland pear tree wilted, leaves turned brown, and fell off.Eden Tree said tree would return in the spring. No blossoms in spring. Branches still bad. Called Eden Tree Pros to come trim the tree, which they said they would do for free. But they never showed up (after 3 months) or called back. Beautiful tree now ugly. We trimmed the dead branches we could reach. Leaves yellow. Am calling another tree service to see if tree can be saved. Very unhappy w... read more

I just spoke with the Mrs. again ( i spoke w her as well in May and was told OK to prune) Apparently our communication was not good and the customer took the pruning into their own hands and pruned earlier than I wanted to. Now she does not want us to prune the tree for her at no charge. Also, offered to pay for the hour it will take another service to prune.
Eden Tree Pros are professional, honest & reliable. They completed the job & cleaned up all debris. I was so pleased I hired them again when I needed a huge tree removed. I've referred them to friends & neighbors too. Can't go wrong with Eden Tree Pros.

We have used Eden's for about 3 yrs and have had fast, professional, and fair priced experiences. They do a wonderful job on getting rid of those awful Japanese beetles that leave your yard a leafy mess. They cut down a tree that was killed from those pests. Very fair pricing, too. Ignore any review that only talks about how a person drives.....
Corey our initial contact person was terrific. spelled out exactly what was to be done on his proposal and followed up on our contact. He went above and beyond our expectationsThe crew that came out to do the work were outstanding. everything and then some was completed. they completed the job and were very professional in all they did and made sure the clean up was done tooI would rate the experience as an 11on a scale of 1 to 10. One of their drivers almost killed me on Interstate 80 on 8/29/16 at the Gretna exit by WalMart. He swerved right in front of me-had I not been looking-he would have hit me. I was driving 65, so just imagine I would not be here writing this had he hit me. If their workmanship is anything like their driving-I'd beware of them totally.
