I have gone to ETC for years and it has always been a positive experience; working through trauma is such a personal and difficult thing to do and my therapist has done so with such compassion and empathy while maintaining professional boundaries. My therapist has always made me feel safe and listened to and I would recommend ETC to anyone seeking out therapy!
Most unprofessional clinical director as well as scheduling staff I have ever seen. This place is a joke, I finally reached the point of my journey in life that I finally want to be able to open up and talk about family dynamics that haunt me, which has taken me nearly 40 years to do, and this clinic disrespectfully denys my choice of providers I wish to see, based off of a paragraph of information I gave them.
