Absolutely infested with roaches the day I moved in and I never saw improvements. This is by far the worst maintained complex I've ever seen in my entire life. Do not take this lightly, living here was hell.
This place is terrible, upon moving in short of a day later i spotted roaches in my bathroom and it took them months to come and treat properly. When they finally came to treat i got charged for tech visits but the charges didn't apply until down the line months later unexpectedly without any warning.
