Good Deal – I saw the deal for the $99 massage and facial.. so I had to check it out. The atmosphere is cozy lots of brick and greenery. I had the massage first with I think her name was Nicole. She did a good job, I like a stronger massage and she really got in there using forearms, elbows and concentrating on my problem neck area. The opposite of relaxation – I got a package at this spa as a birthday present. Twice I asked the masseuse to stop pressing so hard, and the pressure was still too much. The whole massage hurt and I went home bruised. The facial was okay, but the woman who did it was constantly pressuring me to buy the salon's facial products. She basically said I have terrible skin that needed to be saved by their wonderous products, and suggested that I sign up for a 6-session microderm abrasion package, as well as a facial peel package. Amazing Experience at this small, comfy spa – This was the best day spa I have ever been to. The staff were friendly, I had the best facial I have ever had, I loved the products they used and even bought some although there was no pressure to do so. I got a microdermabrasion at an incredible value and the entire experience could not have been any better. Great massage too!

Unsatisfied Customer – I went to Eden II Day Spa and was very disappointed. The atmosphere to be comfortable, but the service provided was less than satisfactory. I scheduled for an hour facial and it ended up being cut short. Not only was I cut short but the facialist was late for my appointment. In the end of my appointment I was paying for the services and I was over charged. I would not only not go back to the spa, but I would not recommend the spa to any friends or strangers.

Heaven on earth, indeed! – I went to this spa for my b-day for a massage/facial and felt I had been transported to another heavenly place upon entering the doors. The massage therapist was knowledgable and experienced (not you typical "fluff and buff" massage) The facial was excellent as well and Ingrid was a delight.
