I don't normally write reviews like this, but this is certainly something I need to speak up on. The service here is a joke, the staff are clueless, extremely unprofessional and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. I asked for a simple design on two nails, in hopes for something at least similar to the picture I provided. However, I was given something sloppy, blurry and ridiculously inaccurate. i had a horrible experience at this salon, will never visit again! customer service is terrible and the staff has zero clue how to preform a soak off! i am so unsatisfied

I went for a pedicure at Eden Salon the other day and from the onset of me sitting down my technician was more interested in what the other tech was doing next to us by watching him rather than doing my pedicure. My tech did a rush job, was very messy and did not take her time trimming all my nails, etc. I questioned her, but she seemed like she didn't speak English.
