I’m not sure what some of these negative reviews are. I’m assuming they have this location mixed up with the other one because the store off King does amazing work and has great customer service. I love the money bouquet they created for my daughter!
Disappointing and terrible communication. Delivery of flowers wasn't made not once but twice! Ordered Sat prior to Mother's Day - never received. Decided to give this company another chance and deliver the arrangement the following Friday for my mother's birthday. Never arrived - ended up having my mom physically go to their location and pick up an arrangement (not the one I ordered). I placed order paid 152 dollars and flowers didn’t get delivered they were for my sick sister at the hospital once order was placed and money was taken from my account received msg saying sorry we missed you no one was available for delivery
