Amazing looking forward to visiting and touring city and also rechecking into all of the amenities available.
Stayed for 4 days and loved it! MarchMarch 7-10 2016. Staff was great. Very friendly. Some minor construction not too distracting. Food was delicious as were the drinks! (A little pricey) Roc Punch is delish! Would definitely stay again!
We photographed the wedding of Ricki & Brandon this past weekend at Eden Roc and we were just amazed with all the beautiful places around the hotel to take pictures of the lovely couple. The ceremony was by the Pool and overlooking the ocean. The staff was super friendly and professional. Eden Roc is definitely a Venue to take in consideration when planing an event!
Worsted vacation ever!!! Everything is over priced!! When we first got here we did early check in and it's wasn't early check in. We got here at 10am didn't get our room till after 4 pm. Not only that we a had to pay 42 dollars a day for valet parking because the valet man said their wasn't any parking but the on next door and its 20 dollars for two hrs! Oh and the beach chairs, you have to pay a An extra $19 for the umbrella on top of the $21 dollars a day! We are never coming back, everything here is an scam for money!!!!!... read more
This has literally been the single worst customer experience I have ever had. I paid $460 to reserve an oceanfront two bed room only to cart my own luggage up to a single bed room With a fire alarm flashing off inside of it like a strobe light. Upon returning to the front desk, assuming there to be a mixup, I was told that the room I booked months ago was not available and was offered a lesser room with complementary breakfast. old stlye elegance – What fun to stay somewhere with the glamour of old hollywood on the walls. It was great to imagine Sammy Davis, Lucy and Desi and everyone walking in the same lobby. the rooms were large and clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Our view of the bay kept me entertained.
