We worked with Eden Plumbing Services on a recent project, and our experience has been disappointing. Despite completing our work as agreed, we’ve faced ongoing issues with delayed payments and unfulfilled promises. I called Eden Plumbing when I was not able to unclog our toliet. This was after trying the plunger, boiling water, and even drainage chemicals. They advised me to get an auger and try it myself because a visit would run me at least $180. I rented the auger from Home Depot and was able to unclog the toilet, costing me $21. Another plumber would have gladly come out and taken the $180. This speaks volumes about the character of Eden Plumbing. I guarantee that they will be my first call in the future if I need a plumber.
